Setup and manage your employment documents and daily tasks with these essential platforms:
Paychex Flex – Legal & Payroll Documentation
Access via link sent to your email or by downloading the app from the Play Store or App Store. Complete all required legal and payroll forms through Paychex Flex. You can access the platform via the link sent to your email. The following documents can be submitted electronically at your convenience: W-4, I-9, WOTC, Direct Deposit Authorization, Pay Stubs, Tax Information, Employee Handbook Acknowledgment, Employee Disclosure Form, and Benefits Enrollment. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out or visit one of our offices for support.
Pay on Demand – Payactiv
Access your earned wages before payday. A portion of your pay becomes available and is deducted from your next paycheck.
Smartcare App – System Access
The Smartcare App helps you stay organized and connected. View your upcoming schedule, Read priority notes and important care information for each client, Clock in and out using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), Keep track of your visit history
